Remuneration and Incentive Schemes

We are committed to ensuring that we reward our employees through remuneration policies which include bonus and long term incentive plans for all staff to reward excellent performance.

Benefits

We currently offer the following benefits:

We take care of you and your family by providing a Comprehensive Company paid medical insurance scheme.

We care about the environment and are encouraging employees to take steps to reduce their cardon footprint so the team can opt in to salary sacrifice for an electric car.

Planning for your future is important, therefore we have a Pension Plan in place which enables both you and NewRiver to contribute a % sum towards this. We also offer complementary sessions with a Pensions Advisor to provide you with expert advice on your Pension plan.

Planning a holiday or wanting to take time out? We offer 25 days holidays (excluding bank holidays) and you have the choice to buy up to 5 days more holidays each year.

We offer a dental insurance plan to provide cover for a variety of dental treatments. This benefit is employee paid.

We provide life assurance to all our employees. The scheme enables us to provide a tax-free lump sum benefit payment to an employee’s family or dependants of up to 5 x your salary.

Our Income Protection Scheme provides insurance to replace part of your basic salary if you are unable to perform your duties with us due to illness or injury. This benefit provides up to 75% of your salary should you qualify to receive the insurance.

We offer paid sabbatical leave as a benefit to encourage our employees to innovate, learn new skills, gain wider knowledge and pursue their interests (e.g. volunteer, travel, research, write.) It’s one way to reward employees who have been working with us for a long time. After 10 years’ service, you are eligible to take paid sabbatical leave of up to 6 weeks.

To support your daily commute, we offer various benefits to assist you including season ticket loans and a Ride2Work scheme.
