Our occupational market is in the best position it has been in for five years, with active demand across our resilient retail portfolio, leading to 98% occupancy - the highest level since NewRiver began – with both rent collection and tenant retention also at 98%. For the 5th consecutive year, our portfolio has outperformed its MSCI benchmark.
Through the decisive actions that we have taken over the last two years, including deliberately building up our cash reserves, today we are in the best position for five years with clear growth potential.
