Retail Revealed: Activating Out-of-Hours Food Delivery, extending trading for our occupiers

Ever wondered how your Deliveroo physically gets from your local shopping centre to your door?
Well, it does involve some artful logistics.

With two new food openings at The Mall Maidstone, hear how Asset Manager Amy Rowell and the on site team, successfully navigated the challenges of setting up out-of-hours food delivery for three of our food operators, McDonald's, Baba's and Captain D's to facilitate extended trading for them, creating food collections for Deliveroo, Just Eat and Uber Eats.

We were delighted to welcome Baba's, the Mediterranean and Middle Eastern-style food operator, together with Captain D's, a reputed seafood chain with over 500 outlets in the US, who chose The Mall in Maidstone for their second UK outlet.
