We’ve completed the Capital Partnerships’ first acquisition: The Springs, Leeds, a fantastic retail and leisure park with strong occupier performance, attractive fundamentals and clear opportunities for future growth.

By combining NewRiver's retail expertise with long-term international capital, we're creating a scalable platform that can grow our exposure to one of our highest-conviction sectors in a capital-efficient way, whilst generating recurring fee income alongside attractive investment returns.
